BAM! After 5 weeks, the final workout is here and boy, was it a game changer! Props to Dave Castro for letting the community decide which one it was going to be. It was such good fun being able to be a part of that decision and let's face it, not everyone got what they wanted but at least it's only 7mins....right??
If you have been doing The Open since 2011 then you've seen this one as 11.6 and12.5! An oldie but a goodie because it was the winner. Yay, Thrusters! (said, no one EVER)
